Our professionals are also trained in make-up and hair-up by highly respected cosmetic artists and hair stylists. If you are unhappy with any aspect of the b.o.d. service, we'll make a new appointment to solve the problem. If you're still not satisfied, we'll refund your money. We offer this quality assurance to every customer, every time.

appointment policy
Appointments need to be made at least 24 hours in advance. A minimum charge applies to all mobile services.

cancellation policy
We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or to re-schedule an appointment. Changes to any services you have booked need to be made 24 hours prior to your appointment. b.o.d reserves the right to charge a 50% cancellation fee on all bookings cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.

age requirement
To book an appointment, you must be at least 18 years of age. Under-18s will only receive services with parental consent.
